Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This site and the personal assistant software connected to it are operated by Aayush Lunawat for private, personal use. The software is not offered to the public. This policy explains what happens to Google user data when the software is authorised to access a Google account.

What is accessed

When authorised, the software accesses only the Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets files that the account owner has chosen to share with the connected Google account. It does not access Gmail, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google data.

How it is used

Data is used only to carry out tasks the account owner requests, such as reading or updating a document or spreadsheet. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.

Where it is processed and who receives it

The software runs on a server controlled by the operator. To complete a requested task, the relevant file content may be sent to third-party AI model providers that process it solely to generate a response. Google user data is not sold, and is not shared with any other third party.

Storage and retention

Authorisation tokens and any working copies of data are stored on the operator's own server and are kept only as long as needed. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and stored tokens can be deleted on request.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
